I truly enjoy getting into the pain points that client’s have to understand their struggles and complaints with their current user experience or interface. This is where systematic design comes into play and I’m able to not only think about the problems I need to overcome, but the environment surrounding those problems as well. This systematic design approach enables me to start thinking critically about the target audience for a particular business, which helps to fully understand their needs. I enjoy doing complete redesigns of websites and applications, as well as starting from scratch and figuring out how to create a minimum viable product.
I have worked with a wide range of clients, including health care provider websites like Seminole Hospital District and the Austin Diagnostic Clinic to small business’ websites like educational companies and acupuncture clinics. I also have a wide range of experience with creating marketing materials and providing marketing consulting services. Being able to contribute across this many facets has been very helpful in working with startups and medium to small business that don’t have an in-house team.
I have a love for live music and can often be found at a local show around Austin. Otherwise, I can be found cooking and trying new recipes, working out, or hanging out with my loved ones and friends. I believe in taking weekend trips and traveling to new places as often as possible. I believe life is about experiences, which is why I am passionate about crafting beautiful experiences through user experience design.
